FYI, a descendant of James Cooley and Penelope Gargus will soon be
testing. We'll know something in about two months.

This line is of interest to us because of its presence in VA, NC and TN.
At some point these various, seemingly deadend, southern Cooleys will
begin to merge. It is, of course, an open question as to whether future
test results will influence our research. We'll see.
