The Burnetts appear to have moved to Arkansas and Georgia. This is from my
notes:

There's also a Luke Burnett in Spartanburg in 1800, 1810 and 1830.

It had long been believed that Edmond was born in VA but lately NC has
been popping up. I don't know why--except that we now know his DNA would
bring us to that conclusion.
