Yes we found the link between "princes" and Patrick a couple of years ago. He is listed as Princes In The 1910 Montana census with Joseph's family and their parents. It seems he changed his name or acquired a nickname some time after his first divorce. I just think its strange and want to know why! Lol
It seems like your patrick A Cooley might be a different one, unless he has yet another long lost ex wife out there, who just happened to have his mothers name!
Schuyler county is close to Macon county, so if her birth year matches up it may be possible she's a relation.
But as for a link between our Margaret and Perrin C we haven't found anything solid yet...she's young enough there should be a 1860 or 50 census somewhere while she was still with her birth family. A clear birth town or county would be great information, or family members names. Iwouldnt be surprised if your Reeds were linked!

Besides being a descendant of Jemima Cooley who md Thomas Kirkland White, I am also a descendant of their daughter, Mary Frances who md Elijah M Reed. I believe he is related to Margaret Reed who md Patrick A Cooley. She was one of at least 9 children of John Reed and Margaret Gifford. Some of her siblings were born in Schuyler County, MO and at least 2 of her siblings died in California.
