Another Cooley clan emerges

The first 12 markers for a descendant of Jacob Cooley Sr (1735-1816) and
Sarah Jordan have come in. He is believed to have been that son of
        Captain Abraham Cowley (1691-1779) and grandson of Abraham Cowley (-1753)
of Henrico Co, VA. The descendant most closely matches group CF09, which
includes the Cooley/Gargus line, but is off by two markers. Statistically,
that makes Jacob unrelated. The remaining markers might close the gap but
it's doubtful.
