MIgration should be complete

I've finished moving my websites to the new provider. I likely will have
to do it again soon as there's an important back-end feature this company
lacks. But I've re-organized everything in a way that should make the next
move easier. Here are a couple of points pertinent to the list:

* I've moved the list archive to johncooley.net/list

* I made needed changes to my list script so that I can easily create new
lists, including a test list for working on bug fixes. (For some reason,
I'd kept running into issues with new list creations. I finally put my
mind to it over the last couple of days and got it done.)

It's possible there will be some propagation issues in the next day or two
as name servers around the world pick up the new IP addresses.

The manuscript is going reasonably well. I'm still bouncing from one
section to another but get some work done nearly every day. I've decided
to concentrate next on the section that deals with Hamil's book and Pat
Walker's family group chart. Since I've written quite a bit about that
already, I hope to make this version complete and comprehensive. There are
no new DNA tests I'm waiting for--it's already been genetically proven
that Hamil's Cooleys were several unrelated Cooley families and that there
are no known Dutch Cools/Kools/Coles who match *any* of the Cooley DNA
fingerprints.

Let me know if you experience any problems accessing the website or
reading/sending list emails. Of course, there are still outstanding issues
that I haven't looked at yet, such as the problem some people have with
attachments. It's also best to continue to send your emails as plain text,
rather than as HTML. But I'm now in a better position to look toward
fixing those problems.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
