Ok. I've got it now. So, you have the birth certificate with Betty listed
as mother and no father listed, right? Were you raised by Betty or
adopted?
Without verbal confirmation from your sister, Maggie, this is probably
about as good as it will get. You can further develop the DNA data by
keeping an eye on any new matches that come in. You have the same
mitochondrial DNA as Betty's, and of any of her sister's and their
daughters. Look for those matches as well as the autosomal matches.
Do you want me to add you to the tree? I can add a note that says
something like "natural daughter of John Cooley and Betty Breeden."
