I don't know if this is significant or not - but I found Rufus M Cooley on
the 1850 & 1860 census in Ogle Co., IL living next door to John & Eliza
Cooley. But I found another Rufus Cooley in 1860 in New Hudson, Allegany
Co., NY enumerated with Daniel & Roxanna Cooley family. These are the
census information:

Mass but on a different page:

Page (Unreadable), C names:
---Rufus Son to Rufus Montague Cooley Son to Martin and Irena Cooley was
born June 29th A D 1784 [this is the birthdate given for Rufus Montague
Cooley in the previous lists that I sent]

This is the Rufus M Cooley who is listed next door to John & Eliza Cooley in
both 1850 & 1860 in Ogle Co., IL:
