This 1840 list is really helping me, for the first time, to keep most of
these Missouri Cooleys
straight, so THANK YOU for that! So far, I can only fill in some blanks
on John and Martha:
E.C. and Milo's birth years can fluctuate but I think it's safe to put
them both in the 0-4 males
with Edward in the 5-9. I have Elizabeth's death year at 1884. Martha's
birth year seems
to hover closer to 1809 and we know she was last seen on the 1880 KY
census. Julia Ann
is still a mystery, but based of that same census she should have been
born around 1821,
which seems a little creepy for Martha to be her biological mother, but
that's all we have
at this point.
I'd bet $5 that AJC is an "Andrew Jackson", especially being on the same
page as the
Tennessee Cooleys. Is there no chance that he was a son of Jonathan?
