The 1910 Federal census indicates that Perrin C said his marriage to Margaret Reed was #3 and that they were married in 1865.
There's a possibility of an Ernestine Sutton in an earlier marriage, but no clue (yet) to the mother of Nellie Cooley Woods, half sister of Joseph C Cooley (Joel's grandfather).
