Lucinda Carter is believed to have been the wife of Perrin Jr, not Perrin C.
Perrin appears to have been married at least three times: Polly Wood,
Emeline Sutton, Margaret A Reed.
Julie has contributed considerably to the list and knows quite about the
Perrin C Cooley line and Nellie Wood. She's made references to
photographs, but I'm not sure if this one was among them.
